Synchronised swimming encompasses many attributes of sport: strength, power, flexibility, endurance, artistic expression and performance.
e have a very supportive environment, which together with the high standard of coaching, enables swimmers to reach their full potential. On top of this, swimmers quickly mak new friends and learn how to work in a team.
Every Sunday from 6pm at Central Pool
Wednesdays 5.30 - 6.15 10 week courses

March 2015 - Andrea Holland secured a Silver medal for her solo at the Brussels Masters Open.
Mimi Gray is our Swimmer of the Year for 2014. Winner of Gold medals for Figures, Solo, Duet and Team in the 12U category combining hard work with talent.

Junior GB and Royals athlete Hannah Green has been accepted into the Jaguar Academy of Sport where she will receive support financially and in her development through workshop. She attended the opening event with 49 other selected athletes where she met
her idol Kelly Holmes along with various other sporting legends.
