Kate Coupar was presented with this award to acknowledge her invaluable contribution to inproving the standards of the country's top junior athletes. This year alone she has had 1 athlete accepted into the Senior GB squad (making 3 in total), 3 swimmers are in the Junior training squad and 2 swimmers into the England Development Squad. Kate is the Head Coach for the GB Junior Squad and has dedicated much time to both her GB and Club swimmers to ensure they are training at the highest standard.
